Arabic language

's Computer Specifications

I am currently running Windows XP Prof. with English (UK)
the main language. How can I add another operating
language (Arabic) to my system? I have tried doing it
through Contole Panel, but failed.
I look forward for a solution.

Hello

You will need an Arabic OS version and not really sure what the
actual process is but you will need that version of OS
