this questions, have been posted before and after applying all the
suggestions in the thread but it seems the problem has not yet resolved.

i have a message hit my inbox where the arabic are not encoded correctly. it
looks like a garbage message.

what are the things i need to look closely to solve the issue.

We don't know what suggestions you have applied. Two things are needed
- Arabic language and right-to-left support needs to be installed;
- The sender needs to specify the correct encoding of the message;

If the sender does not specify the correct encoding, you can correct it
by opening the message, Edit | Edit Message | Format | Encoding ->
Arabic, then File | Save.

If this does not resolve your problem, please give further details,
including your Outlook version, and if you are running in Unicode mode.
