A co-worker has created a document in Word in his Mac. This document uses
endnotes and these endnotes are Arabic characters. When I open the document
in Word on my Windows box, the characters are automatically converted to
Roman numerals. Has anybody else experienced this, and does anybody know how
to fix this so that this conversion does not happen.

Thanks
