The missing files are part of Panda. You should contact Panda for help with
their software. I don't recommend Panda security products; a better choice
would be to uninstall Panda and install a better antivirus such as NOD32,
Kaspersky, or even Avast if you want a free one.
You should also insure your computer is completely virus/malware-free before
you try and install a new antivirus:
