After installing Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Pro everytime I type a word with
an aprostrophy like don't it types don 't. But this only happens when
typing new messages, if I reply to a message it works fine.

Any ideas. I have already try re-installing Outlook and that didn't help.
Others in my office that installed Outlook 2007 none of them is having this
problem.

its probably not problem that would be fixed by uninstalling... first thing
to check is autocorrect. does it only happen them you type don't or is it
all uses of '?
