does it have to the users that visit this site?

NONE.

err augghh . . . . . people ask questions in these groups because they
want answers and people supply answers because they choose to. You
probably haven't noticed but I visited this site to ask a question. . . .
I know these are difficult questions for you.

Good luck to you and god bless

Your question is not specific enough, and is directed to the incorrect
audience. Try the "contact us" link on the main Microsoft page.

Good Q; I'm looking forward to seeing the answer... I'd also like to
know the peak concurrancy numbers, too.

The info may not be easy to get, though.
