I looked into AppSentinel as a way to possibly provide a trial period
and protect my Excel files from being copied and distributed. In
follow-up with the distributor (TheScarms), they indicated that
AppSentinel works by reporting exceptions back to my program for
action. Since my program is in Excel VBA and cannot be really
protected from code tampering, I don't understand how AppSentinel would
be of much help. Any info on this? TIA, James
