I want to convey a message to the recipients with two buttons at the end of
Accept or Reject, and upon pressing the button of accept I want the email to
be returned back to me.

Any idea or source of knowledge for such a task?

Thanx!

That is Voting. Look on the options dialog or tab when composing a message.

Voting is no doubt normal feature of outlook but it doesn't help in creation
of buttons which may have different labels. Any idea or source of how to
build such a form with buttons & relevant code behind the same?
