I'm not finding any Windows Server 2003 Group. Is this an appropriate group to post questions for that OS and TS

..msi is a Windows Installer newsgroup, so the answer to that would be no.

Microsoft is moving away from newsgroup names based on product version
names/numbers, so you will find all Windows Server 2003 groups under
microsoft.public.windows.server.*

e.g. microsoft.public.windows.server.general

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...server.general

There is also an separate TS group: microsoft.public.windows.server.general
