Hello,
We have the following setup: Exchange 2000 server, Outlook 2003 client. We
use a public calendar folder to store all of our employee appointments so
that anyone can just lookup that folder and know exactly where somebody is
going to be at any time during the day. The appointments are supposed to be
copied to employee's own calendar folder also because the employees are
attendees in the appointment. (I hope my description is not very confusing)
The problem is this: some appointments in the public calendar do not get put
on employees' own personal calendar folders even though the employees are
included in the appointment as attendees. We have turned on auto accept, and
I also have people manually click the accept button whenever they recieve a
meeting request. The problem is intermittent.
I desperately need any kind of help on this because we are an accounting
firm and this is the busiest time of the year for us. It will be a nightmare
to have scheduling conflicts during this time.
Thank you.
