Lon Orenstein very nicely pulled me off the ledge and helped me to synch
desktop to laptop (on a home wireless network) by including the appropriate
..pst file. Not perfect but functional.

Subsequently, my synched appointments do not show up on my laptop OCM in the
To Do Bar where I can monitor them. They are synched to my laptop OCM
calendar but are not visable in the To Do Bar. They are visable on the
desktop copy but not the laptop copy.

Am I missing a setting on my laptop somewhere??

You could try microsoft.public.outlook, as the calendar and to-do are
their features.
