How do I fix this? (she can see who the appointment is with, but not the time
of the appointment).

I am having the same/similar problem - I set an appointment for a given time
and it shows on screen, but when I print out the calendar (for my boss) the
times of the appointment do not print. Knowing appointment times is rather
crucial for my boss! I contacted Dell tech support (I have new computer as
of this week with factory installed Outlook 2007) and after over an hour - he
was at a loss. Please help!
