Appointment Times & Daylight Savings Time Adjustment

We are having trouble with the appointment times not
being consistent accross different users in our network.
We have an exchange server and a windows 2000 server
which both adjust for daylight savings time. Our users
are doing both but there seems to be no consistency to
why it works on some and not on others. Does anyone know
what the proper set-up is, should we check the box on
both the network and workstations or just one?
