Hi,
we're using in our Company Outlook 2000 with EXC 2000.

If I open up a new appointment in a Public Folder calendar, the status
("Show time as:") is usually "Busy". Is it somehow possible to have this
field showing "Free" when opening up a new appointment?

Weird question, I know, but my customer wants to know that!

Thanks for your answers!
Florian
