Appointment Scheduling Responses Wrong

We are on a network using Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2000
clients on a single Exchange 2000 server. We are getting
flawed reports about peoples' responses for appointments
and meetings. It shows no response but if you go into the
person's calendar it has been accepted and properly
calendared. The people are invited from distribution
lists and the distribution lists are properly expanded and
showing the proper addresses, etc but the information
about accepting/declining, etc is not right.

If you have any insight I would appreciate it. The user
in question is synchronizing a Blackberry with Outlook and
I realize that this may be a problem because there are
problems where a single user uses two versions of Outlook
and I have no idea what the Blackberry synchronization
software will do to this mix.

Thanks for your time and any insight you might offer.

Paul
