Hi,
firstly, Thank you for response

Updated to meeting request is also sent to a disabled account:
"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: Tentative: Updated: Steering Meeting
Sent: 28/04/09 3:35 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Sonder Novak-Booth on 28/04/09 3:35 PM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address."
I think this account was a delegate to one of the mailbox owner.
Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks again

Do you know who made this person a delegate? If so, they need to remove the
delegate and if they have, they need to restart outlook using the
/cleanrules switch.
