Appointment occurs in the past error

's Computer Specifications

Appointments keep disappering from my outlook calendar and say that they
occured in the past when they are for later this afternoon. Why is this
happening.

My client has a similar issue except the meetign keeps jumping around from
3pm then to 1:30 pm and as of late it says the meeting is at 6pm.

Everyone at the meeting is set to meet at 3pm.

PC clock time is corrrect.
