We have SBS 2003 and our pc's are using Outlook 2003. We have a public
calendar that we use for booking equipment and meeting rooms that we have
been using for a couple of years now. Recently we have noticed that when we
go to fill out the information for an appointment and go to the location
field and click on the down arrow that some of the most recent locations
choosen on that pc are listed. This seems to bother some users that it's
there now and was not before. Is this supposed to be like this, or is there a
temp file or cache that needs to be cleared so that this field doesn't
populate a recent list when the arrow is selected. Would appreciate any input
you can share. Thanks!

It's probably there now because it has taken a while for it to populate.
I think it can be cleared but would expect it to come back again and be the
same issue for you.
