There is a field called [From] that will contain the name
of the person who created the appointment. Getting it to
display is quite another matter. you will have to create
a custom view and include the [From] field. its located
in the 'all mail fields' selection. You cannot (as far as
I have been able to determine) put this information in the
day/week/month view. Hope this helps...
