Does your advice apply to just making a new appointment
and then using the "invite attendees" button to send it
as an e-mail? I have not been using the iCalendar
function under the "Actions" menu; I have only been
creating calendar entries and then sending them out by e-
mail by using "Invite Attendees". Thanks.

>There is a known incompatiblity between Outlook 2002 and
earlier versions related to the iCalendar format. The
solution is to omit the reminder on any meeting requests
you send.
