How do I NOT receive appointment responses for my manager, but still be able
to view and add items to his calendar.
I don't want to get all the responses he receives, but he wants me to be
able to see where he is and and add my vacation days to his calendar.
He has an admin who handles his appointments.
I tried to create a rule, but it didn't work.

Instead of giving yourself permissions on the DELEGATE tab,
use the PERMISSIONS tab on the Properties of the Calendar.

First, remove yourself from his DELEGATES.
Next, Right-click the Calendar and give yourself
AUTHOR rights to his calendar.
