Appointment and Diffrent Time Zones

I send and recieve appointments across diffrent time zones IE (CST) to (EST)
however when I send or reicieve it populates the incorrect time is there a
way to cure this?

Does your recipient also use Outlook? Outlook stores times internally in
GMT and then converts them to the local time zone for display. One must
have one's Windows and Outlook Calendar time zones set correctly, both on
the sending end and the receiving end.
