My Windows 2K PC has only one problem with the Windows
Update service and it started about 2 weeks ago. It
constantly installs the same Security update over and
over. The patch is "Cumulative Security Update for
Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB832894)" Most of
the time it successfully installs it but sometimes it's
unsuccessful.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with the 3 latest patches for
Win2k ...

KB835732
KB831167
KB828741

However, when I check the installation files, they seem to
have properly installed. Windows Updates, though, keeps
informing me to install them over and over.

Can somebody please please advice on this?
It's driving me mad.
