Applying Group Policy to Win XP PC for Blocking USB Mass storage d

I tried contents in this URL by copying in .adm file and uploaded in GPO. It
get uploaded successfully but in Group editr admin template its showing only
upto \adm template\custom policy setting\restrict drives.

It goes only upto this showing nothing else. Please guide me how to solve
the issue.
