Apply the "Yellow Post-It Note/Tearsheet Mailing" technique

Does anyone know how to apply this to email Subject lines. Also, to place a
name in an e-mail using HTML coding. If I am sending a lot of emails and I
want each one to say "Hey Jill" or "Hey Mike" etc,.

You might want to clarify what you're talking about. And mention what
version of Outlook, which also can affect matters.

HTML coding? Err... no idea, but, that sounds like a basic job for a mail
merge. Search Outlook's help.
