How to apply user profile

dear sir
At now my company have windows xp professional 190 client. I want to join
client to new domain (win 2003 server) then I join client to domain win xp
will create new profile to new user. But i want to use old profile to new
user.
Remark: I can copy old user profile from c:\document and setting\......
but it slowly.
