Apply user based policies based on computer

I have a screen save lock policied applied to a OU that has the users,
which is what I want when the user is logged into the computer at their
desk.

When the user logs into the computer in the presentation room, I do not
want the screen saver to be enabled.

Any ideas - without removing user from the OU, blocking inheritance

Go and put the presentation room computers into a security group and
deny this group "Apply Group Policy" rights.

Another solution would be activating "loopback processing mode" at the
standard computer's OU and setting the screensaver-lock-policy there.
