I'm fighting powerpoint 2000 at a Citrix site I am implementing.
Powerpoint has the advantage at this point  When i go to format, apply design it still wants to go to the C: drive wich i've hidden for the users and they get about 3 errors wich they have to remove before they can choose a location to the templates. Redirecting workgroup templates to the network had no effect. Other office applications do not suffer from this problem. Ideas anyone? |

Check the value for shell variable USERPROFILE (%USERPROFILE%) and the value

Those are redirected to the network.
