Sorry if this has been answered before, I tried searching this forum and
didn't find anything.

We are starting to get more focused with our GPOs and would like to set up a
standard Audit policy on some root folders. The problem is we don't want to
modify the existing permissions.

I've tried a couple a different options and it seems I can only get the
following:
- Replace the root folder permissions and the auditing
- Ignore the folder and make no modifications to permissions or auditing

I know I could make a script to modify just the audit settings however I
would prefer to use Group Policy.

Any ideas?

Thank You in advance...

Tim
