Hopefully someone can help me out. I am installing my application to my
NetPad. When the application installation is finished I get an
annoying message "myapp requires the installation of sql.wce4.armv4.cab
for it to run properly. install the Cab file before running this
application." Even if Sql.wce4.armv4.cab is installed also its showing
this message. how can i remove this message

You have to change your application so it would stop showing this message as
it's in your code (or 3rd party code you're using).
