Hi,
I am can not open the following applications:
Windows Explorer, My Computer, Internet Explorer, Recycle
bin and Control Panel! Everything else opens fine but
when I try to open any of these it just comes up with the
message that it has encountered an error and would I like
to report it to Microsoft (which I can't do). I've run
Norton Antivirus (which is up to date) and it hasn't
detected anything. I can't run scan disk because I can't
get into my computer or windows explorer and I can't seem
to make the computer crash so it does it automatically on
start up!
Should I do a system restore or reinstall windows (XP)?
Any suggestions will be most grateful!
