Re WinXP Pro w/ SR-2

In Windows Explorer, under tools | Folder Options | File Types you can
designate the application to be used to open files with a given suffix.

I want to specify that .htm files are opened with the editor feature of
Mozilla. In my start menu, I am able to enter the shortcut shown below:

"C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla\mozilla.exe" -edit

I have not found a way to enter the "-edit" option in the
tools | Folder Options | File Types
option box.

Can it be done???
