Yes, the same rules apply to 2003 as to W2K TS, regarding
installing application.
All multi-user applications must be installed in "install mode",
which is only possible after you have installed Terminal Services.
All other software (i.e. backup software, server management
software, etc) will probably function OK after installing TS, but
no guarantees.
