Does the file exist?

On my computer, this file does not exist (yes it is Windows XP Home). However, a Google search for this file returns only links about how this file is or may be dangerous, and does not show a link to dll-files.com on the first page (which is a safe site that usually shows as the first link on a dll search). Are you sure you spelled it correctly?
