Is there a way to get a complete list of all the application installed into
Windows XP, something like "Installation application" in text form..?

I mean:

- Norton Antivirus 2005
- Adobe Photoshop 7.0
- Pinnacle Studio 8.1
- ...
- ...

I expect that the closest you can come to this is the list in the
Add/Remove control panel applet.

You could Export the Registry key at:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
This would give you a text listing that includes a few items the
Add/Remove applet doesn't normally display.

But this is a long list in which I have to extract every program
name.. a long cut&paste.. isn't there a text file like on Windows CE
(ceconfi.sys) ? :-(

Get Free CCleaner.
Open it > Go to Tools section
Click Save to text file.. > Save the text file

I'm not following your intended purpose. Exactly why are you
cutting & pasting from the exported Registry file (.reg) ? Maybe
if you gave us more details on what you're trying to accomplish
there is a better solution/answer to meet your needs.

Hi there!

You could get this with a Visual Script

Copy the script code from the next url. Paste in a txt file and after rename
this as a filiname.vbs

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scr.../usapvb06.mspx

You have to create a folder call scripts in C:\.

Doble clik in the file and after open with excell the following file
c:\scripts\software.tsv

Hope this is helpful to you.
