Anyone know why my app would crash with this error ?

My app worked on previous images (RAM and disk overlays) just fine. This
image doesn't have any EWF support, but my app crashes.

After further testing, it looks like my new app doesn't work with a disk
overlay or no overlay. It runs fine on XP on a PC though. And past
versions of the app run just fine on embedded XP. Anyone know of any
gotchas with new versions of MFC, Install Shield, ODBC, etc. that may cause
this error ?
