1. Look in Event Viewer for clues:
Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter]
2. Be sure the computer is clean:

3. If the computer is truly virus/malware-free, test the hardware:

4. If the hardware is good, something you have installed - a driver or a
program - is causing the issue. Do clean-boot troubleshooting to determine
what that is and correct from there.
