Hi,

I am getting the below error as in pop up windows in my Windows 2000 Pro
with SP-4 PC.
I have installed Symantec Endpoint 11.0 Anti virus. If my system left my
system for un-touch for 15-20 minutes this message appear and i have to click
15-20 times to get it away.
Error message is "The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000142).
click on OK to terminate the application"

Please help me out on this as i am getting the same error in 5 or 6 systems.

I have the same problem - popup with rundll32.exe label...
