Application failed to initialize (0xc0000034)

's Computer Specifications

Several of my new programs exhibit the error, "Application
failed to Initialize (0xc0000043)" after I install them
and when I attempt to open them the first time. Anyone
know what is causing this? Thanks in advance!!
