In the association list you can sort them by
file type or by association by clicking on the
header.

Sergio

Find a .log file, press SHIFT and right click the file. Select "Open
with...", mark "always use..." and select the application you want to open
..log files.

If you want to remove Word form the "send to" list, then browse to this
registry location, and delete the value containing "winword.exe:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.log\OpenWithList

Best regards
