Application Event Viewer errors at startup. Vista Ultimate x32

The following two errors nag at each startup. The first one has nothing
online in the way of information so I wonder of
anyone here might know what to do with it. I have just reinstalled Vista
so strictly speaking, there should be no errors.

I know this is an old post, but have you had any success solving the problem?
I have exactly the same symptoms/problems as you do. I have a HP Express card
TV Digital/Analog tuner (Hauppage) so it is a different brand. I keep getting
the same solution as you and it has not worked the 2-3 dozen times I have
done as directed. My system runs beautifully in all other respects and is the
only nagging problem. It would be nice to solve the Lifetray.exe failure and
camera active after boot.

The only other problem that comes to mind is the fact that when using a
SanDisk flash drive (ReadyBoost enhanced) the computer will not go into
Standby with it plugged in. The screen goes blank and computer is still on
and active but no way to get screen to turn back on. Also if it does a
complete shut down/power off the computer hangs during boot if the flash
drive is plugged in. That means it must be unplugged each time you go to
standby/power off and plugged in again after boot up. It also will not let
you stop it and be able to remove it as it says it is in use by another
program (ReadyBoost I assume).
