application errors

application errors constantly pop-up every time a program
opens and closes, including system programs, i have
updated so much and can't get them to go away, they
usually say something like "the exception illegal
instruction, An attempt was made to execute an illegal
instruction, (0xc000001d) occurred in the application at
location 0x7723d404
i think i am missing some driver, and windows also doesn't
start up properly every time forcing me to restart until
it loads properly again
plz help
