Hi

I have spent all day trying to install windows xp media centre edition
which has installed fine.

The problem is getting media centre to work with my hauppage hvr 1100 pci tv card
IT IS A SWINE a real big problem, this media centre will not pick up the digital part of the card im going mad here.
ive given up getting my tv card to work in here for now.
ive tried the latest drivers over and over again. even rang them up

Well the problem now is i am getting errors even in win2k (the application that is normally run to let my tv card work)

I keep getting a window with a red cross that says:

wintv2k.exe application error

the instruction at " " referenced memory at " " the memory could not be "Written"

click ok to terminate the program
click cancel to debug the program

it is driivng me insane
OH it is so badly rigt now

it seems to happen on other applications too, but mainly on here when i try to SCAN for channels especially on the digital channels.
what is going wrong?
