Application Error - Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2

EVERY TIME I close Internet Explorer, an "iexplore.exe - Application Error"
message is displayed: The instruction at "0x60033b87" referenced memory at
"0x018ac368". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the
program.

This problem is not particularly disastrous, but it is annoying. Does anyone
have a clue how to fix this, or why it happens? Any help is appreciated.
