Normally I use WindowsXP with SP2, which was working properly. But last night
when I upgrade to Service Pack3 and reboot the computer, the error message
shows
" Application Error---Explorer.exe
This application failed to initialize properly (oxc0150002). Click on ok to
terminate the application"

Does someone here help me to fixt this issue?

Many thanks in advance.

Cyberstalking is a crime. If you had one as bad as I did simply ignoring
them is not an option.

Thanks for your reply. But how do I run this tool?
I could not access Windows. The interface only shows blue after I click ok
when the error message pops up, even I press Ctrl+Alt+Delete key at the same
time.

Unzip it, burn it to a cd or flash drive boot into safe mode command prompt
only. Does ctl alt del work? you can also use that to access the file. It is
a batch file.

Do NOT trust that imposter: He is NOT an MS MVP!

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)? Were any of these applications running in the background when you
installed WinXP SP3?

Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for
Windows XP, but only for Service Pack 3 (SP3), until 14 Apr-09. Chat and
e-mail support is available only in the United States and Canada.
