Since about 2 months, when quitting normally from most applications I get the
following dialog box with the title <Application.exe> - Application Error and
the message: <Application.exe>. The message below appears for rundll32.exe:

The instruction at "0x003b02d8" referenced memory at "0x003b02d8". The
memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate program

The memory location varies, but both locations in the message are the same.
They are accompanied by System Event ID 26.

How do I identify the root cause of the problem?
