this comes up when I exit out of IE 6

i've uninstalled and reinstalled IE 6 and the same error message comes up. what does this mean and how do i fix it? thanks

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
