Application error when compiled on SP4 but run on SP3

I have a Visual Studio 6 C++ application that I am
compiling on a PC with Win2K SP4 and when it is run on a
machine with Win2K SP3, it receives application errors.
The application does use MSMQ and ADO. What can be the
cause of this?
