Application Error when changing printer

When I from an office application as word or excel tries
to change from the default printer to an other specific
printer I get this error message

I.E.

EXCEL:EXE - Application Error

The instruction at "0x308dbd5b" referenced memory
at "0x4b5e809". The memory could not be "read".

Can anyone give me a hint, please!!!
