Hello,

we have an application were the support can´t find this error and they tell
us we should change mail program:

If we mail from it with via Outlook 2002 (SP3) the application don´t allow
input in float fields anymore. We have to start the application again. OE and
2003 don´t have this problem.

Other applications don´t have this problem anyway.

Anyone have an idea?

sincerly
Rigoletto

Hello,

the application is our erp-system made in switzerland. After starting
outlook 2002 from it, we can´t input numbers in a field formated with ","
like "0,00". We can delete the numbers but cannot input new numbers.

Sounds like their tool is confused by different, language dependent
characters for the decimal point and comma. However, that's for sure not a
bug of Outlook but likely one of the textbox they offer for entering the
values.
